I was a yoga sceptic before taking Jenny's yoga classes. I had tried a few other yoga studios in the past but they weren't my thing. Luckily Jenny was recommended and her teaching style resonated with me, and I felt immediate benefits.
She is a fantastic knowledgable teacher and I find her flows help me stretch and open more with each class. I have a greater understanding of my mind-body-spirit connection and have been able to carry this calming yoga influence into all other areas of my life, not just when I’m on the mat in class!

Jenny is a friendly, professional instructor who gives classes in the relaxing ambiance of her spacious home yoga studio in Toowong. In her classes she combines the science and philosophy of yoga to provide individual practice that improves our strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Her passion and personalised instruction helps not only to focus on proper positioning but to be in tune with our breathing ... and in my most distracted of moments I always leave yoga refreshed and with renewed energy. I have been attending Jenny’s yoga classes for the past five years. Her love of yoga is inspiring. Her enthusiasm creates a relaxed and enjoyable environment in which to learn yoga and her attention to the individual needs of the people within her class is very supporting. Jenny’s classes are both relaxing and challenging…physically I have become stronger and more flexible and mentally have discovered ways to relax. Jenny introduced yoga to my life 5 years ago when I had never done any exercises before. My health has been improved so much from not being able to sleep through the night to sleeping deeply and well; my joins from being stiff and cracking to being flexible. Jenny’s voice applies yoga to my mind in a magic way that I can sink into deep relaxation periods that I could never do before. Dear Jenny, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for teaching our 10-year-old daughter yoga and contributing to her wellbeing.
Pema is always looking forward to the Thursday afternoon yoga sessions with you. These afternoon sessions not only benefit her physically and mentally, but also enables us to continue these practices at home. Pema has become confident in sharing her favourite yoga poses after school, such as the “geyser” pose and the “lion” pose. She is learning to recognise and work with strong emotions through yoga. I certainly see the significant benefits of mindful movement and relaxation in her life and I am just so thrilled that these classes will continue this year.
